PPInfo
PPInfo is an internal MTS product that I'm currently working on. It serves as a showcase for all of the company's products (around 500 in total), and provides information that hundreds of employees need to access for their work.
As part of my responsibilities, I analyze user behavior and needs, build custom command scripts, design interfaces for digital products, improve business performance with UX solutions, protect design solutions for the customer and the team, and conduct design analysis throughout all stages of the product's development, testing, and implementation.
